Atua Enkop - Authentically African

Atua Enkop is a small portfolio of up market properties in three distinct areas of Kenya.

Mbweha Camp is tucked away in the vast Great Rift Valley, on the Sothern border of Lake Nakuru National Park. There are 10 stylish mukuti thatch and lava stone cottages surrounded by Candelabra Euphorbia trees. Bush walks and night game drives are some of the many activities on offer.

Elephant Bedroom Camp set on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro river in Samburu National Reserve. This small exclusive the camp has 12 luxury tents set amongst beautiful indigenous trees and Doum palms. The camp is not fenced and elephants and other game are regular visitors.

Tipilikwani Mara Camp overlooks the mighty Masai Mara plains and is set on the banks of the Talek River. Its location in the heart of prime game viewing country makes it a very desirable place from which to set out game viewing. There are 20 large luxurious tents and dining is a culinary delight with alfresco breakfasts and BBQ buffet dinners.

Mara Ngenche Safari Camp is well hidden in beautiful greenery on the banks of two rivers; the famous Mara and Talek Rivers in the heart of the Maasai Mara Game Reserve.

The 6 Guest tents lure discerning travelers by the cozy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings they offer. All tents are en-suite and is partially enclosed in it’s own “Boma” and has a four poster king size bed, a large bath tub and outside shower.

Nature is undisturbed and the camp grounds are kept ‘as found’ to allow one to be completely immersed in the surroundings. There is an astonishing view of the confluence of Mara and Talek Rivers and home to a huge population of hippos and crocodiles.

Selous Riverside Safari Camp

Hidden amongst dense forest and on the banks of the Rufiji River, Selous Riverside Safari Camp provides the most breath taking view as dawn arises and a whole new adventure begins.

Lavishly furnished, the camp provides comfort and luxury but also a feel of arguably the most untouched bush anywhere on the African horizon. Attention has been paid to every detail to make sure guests experience the true essence of an adventure safari of a lifetime.
The camp offers an indoor and an outdoor dining area providing the most sumptuous of African cuisine as well as special sundowners at the deck bar. The camp boasts a very large deck area with a small pool, on the banks of the river and this is a perfect place to watch the spectacular African sunset.

There are a total of 10 very large and spacious tents, 5 tents have twin beds and 5 have double beds. All the tents are on a solid platform with polished wooden floors a meter above the ground with a thatch Mokuti roof providing shade. All rooms have mosquito nets and the windows and door are all mosquito proof. The large en suite bathrooms (app. 15sqm) have showers, a flush toilet and his and hers basins.  The tents all have a relaxing veranda area with a commanding view of the Rufiji River.
