Wilderness Conservations Expeditions

Embark on a unique adventure,

This isn’t just another Safari.

Off the beaten track. A truly immersive “Boots on the ground” approach

Engage in conservation activities, immerse yourself in the bush and enhance your knowledge of local wildlife, conservation efforts, and the importance of the ecosystem through immersive learning experiences.
Time will be split between doing daily game drives and/ or bush walks, as well as exclusive conservation activities typically inaccessible to the general tourist, such as tracking, understanding of animal behaviour, rifle handling processes, wildlife photography and could even include a wilderness sleepout under the Africa skies.

The new GVI expeditions were born out of its more than 25-year experience in training conservation and research staff, as well as its unique positioning as one of South Africa’s premier field guide training organisations. These highly skilled staff members will be your guides of your unique safari experience.
