Venture Uganda Ltd is a Ugandan-registered destination management company (DMC), established in 2008. We offer ground-handling services to overseas tour operators, providing fully escorted package tours from ‘airport-to-airport’ with meticulous planning and outstanding customer care.

The directors of the company are Lesley Harris and Michael Byaruhanga

Lesley Harris is British and has lived in Uganda for over twenty years. She first worked in international development and switched to tourism in 2007. She has a keen interest in education, pro-poor tourism, travel, and conservation.

Lesley is Venture’s Managing Director.

Byaruhanga Michael is an ex-armed forces personnel and has extensive experience in the transport sector. He is a professional tour guide and specialist bird guide and works as the company’s Logistics Director.

Both are well traveled and well connected in Uganda and the company is well-regarded in the tourism sector.
